How to Report

Below are some specific situations that should be immediately reported to our Pharmacovigilance area:

Adverse events, adverse reactions, suspected adverse reactions, in other words, side effects observed after administering or having used the product
Beneficial effects, that is, the product offers an extra benefit
Exposure to the drug during pregnancy or lactation. If the product was administered during these stages
Lack of efficacy (the product did not work)
Counterfeit
Quality complaints

How can I submit a report to the Pharmacovigilance area of Apotex^®?

All reports are valuable and essential to us, so we invite you to report any of the above situations regarding our products. Your information will be handled confidentially according to the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

It is vital for us that you submit your reports, that is why we have different means for you to do so and facilitate this process.
